There is probably a simple answer to this. Its an iso of a- what I could call "early release". Y'know, the big one that got leaked. Anyway I put it in ABGX and got this message at the end

1. This is a bad rip (the most likely cause). If you're checking a DVD backup
and have AnyDVD or a similar app installed, make absolutely sure the process is
killed! If this is a scene release, search for it on abgx.net and look at the
column "Bad CRC or Needs Fixing". If you see a <!> icon, hover over it with
your mouse to read the alt text. If it says something like "Bad game data CRC"
or gives the name of a fix (PPF patch), we already know about it. It's also
highly recommended to run abgx360 again with AutoFix set to level 3 if you
applied a PPF to make sure stealth files haven't been corrupted. See "What is
AnyDVD style corruption?" in the GUI Quickstart tab for more info on game data
corruption.

2. Your CPU/RAM/HDD/data bus is unstable and corrupted the data during
extraction/burning or while checking the CRC. Make sure to run the sfv and try
extracting it again (assuming you have the sfv/rars) and recheck the ISO/DVD to
see if you get the same CRC.

3. Game data was intentionally modified for some reason. Microsoft does not
take kindly to modifications for any purpose, and even benign changes to game
data or settings will get you banned from Xbox Live!

4. The verified Game CRC in the database is wrong (very unlikely).

Is this just because it was an early release so it isnt on the ABGX database?

I may add that I got it from a 100% reliable source and I am not concerned about being banned (I only use ABGX to check the iso itself as it always sorts out rips that may freeze for me).

It may be relevant that I transferred it from 1 pc to another via external HDD and am wondering if the iso has become damaged in this transfer. I have transferred many isos via external HDD and never get a problem (done another 2 today that are fine), abgx reads the iso and they burn fine. So I doubt this to be the case, but I would like to know if anybody else has experienced this ABGX message and what they did next.

Usually you see this when the game has been modified. But in this case, I bet you it has to do when the game was first leaked for flashed DVD drives. There was some corrupted RARs and you could extract the game fully with using 7zip I believe but it messed some of the game up.

Your best bet is to download it from a different source or get the proper/fixed RARs.
