Activation disc for 1.6: Ban or No?

I haven't seen a real answer to this question, so someone please just give it to me straight. If I use the activation disc to play a wave 4 game, will I get banned?

OK, so you've had a Yes and a No answe, my answer is Maybe :D We don't know what criteria M$ is banning on.

correct me if im wrong.
i think the chance of getting banned is the same, because the activation.iso stops the stealth check but the game can still be stealth.

I got banned so im telling u guys to stay away from ACTIVATE ISO DISK!!!!!!
Now obviously that's just one person and it could have been a bad tekken copy or anything, but still like i said earlier, i'll wait on LT its not worth the risk.

Him playing Tekken and him getting banned are two completely different incidents that merely happened in a close proximity.
Look at the facts:
1.) He had a modded 360
2.) There is a huge ban wave going on
3.) Tekken 6 happened to be the game he was playing when he got banned. If he had been playing Halo 3, he would be posting here that playing Halo 3 is getting people banned.
People don't get banned instantly for playing unstealth games. He was marked for execution and he got hit.
$38 on new discs -- Check
$15 on burn after burn that showed as a DVD -- Check
$11 on new laser -- Check
$28 on new multimeter -- Check

so far a friend of mine has been playing tekken 6 with the activation.iso and HAVENT been banned so far, he hasnt played any game early, hes one lucky mofo, LOL
