Pardon, I thought I have already said earlier that I did not know, and that I would not know where to look, or what to do should It need updated etc.. but you can feel free to check and correct me if you REALLLYYYY want to..


I massively appreciate all the imput and help guys, but I just can not see it being my drive in my 360,
all my current back ups were made by a friend of mine, so as an experiment I tried burning 2 games that I already have backed up and that work fine. (Fight Night 4, and UFC) And guess what? Didn't work, when I burnt them. Even though I am following the instructions from this site to the letter, if you think that screenshots of some setups I have made be helpful, let me know which ones to post and I will post them..

Does this eliminate the "Hitachi" drive question?

So your friend made backups for you, and the backups you have tried to burn, don't work?

Have you tried the games you burned in your friends XBOX? If they dont work in that either then we know its something to do with the PC setup rather than the XBOX drive.

I'm still kinda suspecting its the firmware on your XBOX, have you got no way of contacting the person who flashed it to find out what version of Firmware is on you drive? Im thinking you could of played a modded game to work on firmware version 1.5 or below.

It is still a question of when your console was modded. Did you get it modded again in (let's say) the last five months? If not, you are running a firmware prior to iXtreme 1.51. In that case I assume that the wave 3 games you got to run were patched. Use ABGX to check these disks, no need for ripping them (which would be better, can be done with imgburn).
