As the title, i have 2 xenons where the wire or pins will not go through the hole on pin 5. Anyone know a alternate?

why not just solder to the top of the hole? done that one a couple RROD consoles i have to see if they are worth getting refowed right now and it worked just fine.

Thanks for that, tried that but I kept getting bad dump. I changed my soldering tip to a flat head one, and it went through like a hot knife through butter.

not a problem. i usually take my tips to the sanding wheel and make it into a very long skinny point. this way it can easily fit into the holes. causes the tip to get deformed at times, but it can always be sanded again.
