hi all

My predicament is this:

Got royally frissed last night and agreed to a night of Lips #1's using my flashed 1.6 lite-on..... (it was a bought game not a back up) all seemed like a good idea at the time but in the cold sober light of day, i'm wondering if playing this before updating to the latest fw when released has potentially lined me up for a banning next time M$ strike?

I think i enjoyed myself last night but i am a little concerned now. I do understand the whole wave 3/4 thing with playing backed up games but i am a little unsure about playing retail wave 4's over older fw.
