Hi

Recently purchased a new 360 and got the new firmware for it but I havent been online with it yet, especially not with the ban going round...
My last 360 was flashed and never had any problems online but It wasn't updated to the latest firmware, So I was wondering if my old console was due a ban will they just ban my new console because I'm not 100% sure how microsoft track modded consoles...

any advice would be great
