Amazon Basics DVD+DL: safe or harmful to xbox 360?

I bought the AmazonBasics 8.5 GB 8x DVD+R DL (50-Pack Spindle), probably the cheapest disks i could find, per dvd. I have burned 20 disks in imgburn, all successful, no coasters. I read that something about the IS process is harmful to the xbox dvd drive?

Has anyone had laser problems with the Amazon disks, or cheaper media in general? or if anyone knows more on the subject, much appreciated.
