I alsways figured i would get banned one day but i followed all proper procedures.
My console is from august 2009 dvd drive is a phillips liteon 8350c from july 2009

All of my games a whole total of 4
call of duty war(backup)
mortal kombat vs dc(baCKUP)
prototype(BACKUP)
need for speed shit(BACKUP)
all games i have the original copy
I used abgx to patch stealth passed and verification
I also have ixtreme 1.6
I would like to have some tips so i can avoid this the future thanks

You got banned because you modded your console.

Specifically though we can't tell why people are being banned.

Yeah dude, just got banned myself similar story except i never played a copy online. haven't played a copy in over a month but been on-line with originals.

every year around this time in late octomber to december, ms always have this ban hammer. I learned this from experience. That's why around this time, i never sign on to xbox live. I only play my console offline until the ban hammer has stopped. It will stop soon, my guess would be around december.

God i don't get how people get banned from hardly playing backups, i have played a ton of backups along with 3 of my friends, cousin and my brother. Only i got banned, but that is for playing mw2 multiplayer ;)
