Is there any way to get ABGX to verify the "Video" portion of Wave 5 & 6 games??

It doesn't need to. If the game passes verification then it's fine, because if the video partition was incorrect, missing or whatever, it wouldn't verify. Even though abgx360 doesn't recognise wave 5 and 6 video partitions, it can still be used to verify those games perfectly.
