Usually games aren't added to the database until the release date! I personally don't know if that game was officially released yet, but it just takes time for someone to get a verified on up.

The game was released on the 27th of October, but as DavGerm4 said, someone has to get hold of a retail copy, rip it, then upload the files to the database. That usually happens pretty quickly for big titles, but with less popular ones it can take some time. There's no way to know when it will be verified though.
