Assassin's Creed Brotherhood backups won't work! HELP!

Ok, I've tried 2 backups so far, most recently the CLARE version. I used the original disc to get past the forced update. Now I'm using the activation disc with the game since Wave "whatever AC3 is" has not been released to update the XBOX360. Then I get that the disc is unreadable. I know I burned it correctly. Can someone please tell me which rip works or what I"m doing wrong? Thanks.
