my avatar turn blank, i think because i choosed gamer picture idk how do i custimze and fix this problem

You should just be able to go back into your Avatar editor, and change it back to the Avatar. It's been a while since I've used the Avatar functions, so I can't remember if you have to have the Avatar pic as the gamer picture to see your actual Avatar, but I don't think so.

the avatar is blank everytime i try to custimize it, it always say to go to xbox live, asking because im new to xbox 360
