if this has been posted then i couldnt figure out how to word it. i just updated the 360 with the latest(last) update and it still wont play a game that is on the list on the website. i still get the same error message. so what would make it still put the same error message

what error message are you getting??nd if its xbox 1 games you want to play,,you need a harddrive,,or a flashdrive for it to work,,

i use a harddrive i mean i still play halo every now and then just this game wont work
error code is x:5805.0 b:1884.0
if it matters the game is Blood Omen 2 which triple checking shows its on the list

not xbox live but i used the flash drive method from xbox.com
something like $systemupdate9199
it read it updated it and even restarted system. and no i have never modded it.
i can play fable and halo just not blood omen and i have checked the disc its in great shape.

i recently tried to do this but it wouldnt work, i tried 4 or 5 games off the list after doing the usb drive update from xbox.com, some games said this game wasnt supported on my console and some said i still needed to update it? even tho it said i had the update already? mad?!?!

you need to be on xbox live,,insert a xbox i game,,and it then will download a update onto your harddrive,,and that will allow you to play all xbox 1 games

that did it i connected to xbox live and it updated and now it plays. thank you for your time coorva
