Ok, I recently got my 360 banned because of playing copied games online. I know I took the risk and I paid the price.

I went and bought a new 360 Arcade today and I have read here that using my old hard drive on the new 360 will not result in a ban. Now my question is, will I be putting myself at risk for another ban if I swap the hard drive between consoles as to play my copied games offline on my banned system and buy real copies of any online games for my unbanned system?

Is it the saves that got me caught or the actual playing of the copied games while being connected to live? Should I delete any saves from copied games off of my HD to not chance it or can I keep using them as long as I play a real copy online?

Sorry for all of the questions but these systems aren't cheap and I don't want to chance being banned again.

Nobody can tell you how or why you and many of us have gotten caught. Personally, I think they found a way to detect the firmware as it's hard to explain why people who have only played a couple games way past the release date are now banned.

Thats why I don't recommend anyone with a flash get on. I've had five people including myself get banned this week and everyone else is afraid to log on.

I gotta give props to MS thou for showing they have teeth and they can fight back.
