I'm going to buy an Xbox Arcade instead of the Elite if this works so can some one please tell me if I can just switch the hard drive from my banned console over to a new Arcade and start using it?

I have bought maps that are stored on this hard drive but as it was in the banned cosole what the situation with still being able to use the maps?

I did search but couldnt find any info on purchased maps on banned consoles.
