Quick question.

If I get my 360 modded, but never play a game online.. can I still get banned? I would only go online to download demo's, use netflix..stuff like that, but never to play a backup online..

I wish I knew more on the subject, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah you can. but if your stealthed you most likely won't get banned, as long as you don't install any updates without checking what they are first and patching your games properly and keeping your drive at the latest firmware.
