Anyone got banned from Xbox Live recently with the new firmware ??

Not that I've seen, but it doesn't really work like that. You don't just flash firmware and get banned the next day. Microsoft engineers big ban waves that get everybody marked for execution during a single time period, and then it stops and they begin collecting evidence again.

In other words, don't let the fact that nobody is really getting banned by using Lite-Touch trick you into thinking that it is necessarily any safer than any firmware before it.
