Have you had your xbox modded for longer than 6 months? If so have you been banned?

If not what version are you using?

Flashed about 2 years now, currently on 1.61 survived the november banwave still not banned.

3 Consoles banned now.
One for running a non stealth Fight Night Round 3..
Other 2 in Nov. for the "stealth" checks.

i had mine for a while using maximus garyopa both got banned and a Hitachi on IX 1.4 survived
