I've got two consoles that have been banned in this latest wave...so now they corrupt my profiles and saved games (sigh). I know how to un-corrupt them, but doing this each time I move my profile to another box is a pain.
I ONLY connect to XBOX Live to update my acheivement points...NOT to play. All of my multi-playing is done locally on my LAN; so I couldn't care less that my consoles are 'banned,' but this corrupting of the profiles\saves has taken the 'banning' to a new level.
SO! My question is:
Is there a way to undo the 'update' (or whatever MS did) so that the console at least doesn't corrupt everything it touches?
I'm NOT trying to un-ban the console...I'm just trying to stop the corruption.
NOTE: I've tried reseting the box to 'factory defaults' under System Info (pressing LT RT X Y LB RB Y up left up)...that does nothing...it takes me back to the Console Settings menu.
