Going to need a bunch more detail, what program were you flashing with, did you save your drive key, etc, etc.
If all else fails though you should be able to use Iprep and flash in DOS easily, just follow any tutorial. I assume you're currently using Jungleflasher.

Hook the BenQ back up to the same SATA port you were using. Open up JF and select the same I/O port you were using. Click Intro/Device ID. You will get a pop up box. Click OK. Dots will go across the bottom of the JF log. Once you see the dots, disconnect the power plug to the back of the drive and reconnect it withing 1 second. Should get good flash chip properties. Write your firmware.

This is right. Why would you use anything other than JF?

Doesn't matter. Even if it doesn't see it, send an intro again. You do have a via 6421 via card?

You're doing something wrong. Are you power cycling, did you delete the windows drivers? These are by far the easiest of all drives to flash.

I know I've found it much easier to get my pc to detect "bricked" drives in DOS, regardless of the drive revision.
