Benq-Un-Lock Command returned error?

Using Jungle flasher I'm trying to flash the firmware on my BenQ drive. Let me explain what I've done am a total noob. I'm following this tutorial:

1. The 360 is powering the benq drive and its plug into my first SATA drive. I was told you either need a VIA SATA pci card or have an Nforce chipset on your motherboard. I have a Dell E510 with Nforce graphic on the mother board so I'm assuming that's correct. The TV out is also hooked into the 360 not the HD plug just the regular red yellow white plugs.

2. Turned on the computer made sure both SATA drives were activated in the BIOS and booted windows.

3. Loaded JungleFlasher 1.74 making sure that "Benq ix1.6.rar" is in the firmware folder. Now I went through the I/O ports till "Drive is Benq.." came up and pressed the BenQ Unlock button that is when after a few seconds I get the "Benq-Un-Lock Command error". What am I doing wrong?

Look BenQs are so f***in easy. Just follow this tutorial here:link

It is so easy. I have two BenQs and I use this guide for both them. It's cake. You're welcome... ;)
