BENQ - VAD6038 problem

I bought a new Philips BENQ - VAD6038 dvd drive for my 360 and took it with my 360 to a console repair company so they could take the key from my old Hitachi-lg drive and put it on my new Philips BENQ - VAD6038 which the guy did but it will only play dvd's and games do not work. so does that mean the laser is faulty like the guy said or did he not get the key in the right place.

what that means is that he DID NOT get the key from the old drive and put it in the new one. I hope you still have the old drive, if not your xbox is now an expensive dvd player. You need to call up that "console repair company" and tell them they owe you an Xbox.
