benq drive into a hd dvd drive case

i am trying to put a benq drive with 0800 firmware into an xbox 360 hd dvd case so i can connet it to my pc through usb to backup my original disks but the wiring is different, does anyone know where i can get a guide to rewire and make this possible.

I do not have personal knowledge of it, and I couldn't find a wiring diagram for the HD DVD online. However, what you could do is use a multimeter to read the voltages coming off each wire and just put same with same.

$11 on new laser -- Check
$28 on new multimeter -- Check
