Benq Help.. lt1.9 worked now open tray

I have a Benq 64930c with the latest firmware on it Lt and I was playing games just fine a few days ago, DiRT 3 and Dead Island among a few others, now all of a sudden my Original Games work but the burned ones I have do not...
I am so confused on wtf is going on any help, I want to play my games again, the only way i can ignore my annoying GF lol...

Thanks for the suggestion but
I did the flashing back to stock then updating to new dash then flashing to lt 1.9 and the games where working for a few days and out of no where they are not working now.. This might be a dumb question but you think if i used an active iso dvd like we used to use back in the day, it might work..
Original games work fine, so it isnt the lens or anything.. I am completely stumped and I want to get back to playing DiRT 3 lol... Anyone who can help me i appreciate it..

SO being based on that is isn't what was suggested anyone think of anything else? I'm not a noob asking a dumb question, I have never posted or needed to post on here, I modded numerous times before, and this is really stumping me, that it worked no updates where done to dashboard and now it doesn't..

maybe it's the laser. the benq drive tends to get the "open tray" error(burned games are always the first to go especially if your using memorex or similar CADs). if thats the case you could try cleaning the lens and/or tweaking the pot to get it working for a while.
in my experience the benq burns out faster than the other drives and eventually needs to be replaced if used heavily. i always try to play games from the hard drive with the benq.

Ugh.. Fried it completely now.. Dammit.. Ribbon broke
Thanks though, was a good idea and helped a little but then yea one wrong move and boom done

Just get another BenQ and you're good to go.

what do you guys mean by that, you talking about jtag and playing through Hard Drive or something else.. Gonna try n get a new drive today

Well I just made a trade and got 2 Benq Drives one Hitachi Drive and another xbox 360.. My old one I am currently back up and running, Thanks guys for the advice, feels so good to see the Play Game and not Open Tray lol....
Anyone want add me GEARSOFWARSUXS1...
