Sending Magic Keys to Drive on port 0x0xB800
. timed out while polling device state

benq unlock command return an error

Is their a problem with my computer

This will more than likely be the issue, try the SATA card.

yes this is true but this is the only benq drive giving me a problem all the rest of them are flashing

I flashed my drive a few months ago, now I'm JUST going to flash it again with an update...I'll let you know how this goes...I used my onboard motherboard sata for the old one, and I'm gonna use it again
