BenQ showing up in JungleFlasher but not in XBC or Schtrom

I tried to rip a copy of a game today and couldn't find the BenQ drive in XBC. I've ripped games before but it has been a couple months since i have done it.

I have the VIAMRAID system file in my Windows/System32/Drivers folder and everything is enabled in Device Manager (VIA RAID Controller - 3249).

The wierd thing is that I can find the BenQ drive in JungleFlasher whether I have the VIAMRAID system file in the Drivers folder or not.

I tried disabling the controller, then removing the VIAMRAID file from the Drivers folder and then re-installing the drivers using the disc that came with the SATA card. Still no luck. The BenQ stil doesn't show up in XBC.
