Hi there.

Im having a problem with updating the firmware on my 360 im using jungleflasher 0.1.62beta and VAD6038 benq drive. And im receiving this message.


Sending Magic Keys to Drive on port 0x0x0970

Done!
Sending Vendor Intro
Vendor Intro Failed


Any help would be greatly appreciated

have you selected the correct port?is the drive half open?does the drive already have ixtreme firmware on it??

good luck if you still have problems download the jungleflasher pdf it is an excellent guide.there are some good guides posted on here as stickies.read a few they will help
