Driver? If you mean "drive", then the best would be an Xbox 360 drive used with a connectivity kit. If not that, then a Kreodrive for PC (you'll have to patch your games).

They say BenQs are the best but I use a Lite-On. If you ask me, they are the same drive with the Lite-On simply being a newer revision of the BenQ. They share the same mechanical parts. You can't go wrong with either one.
