Best extraction kit for 9x series drives?

I have one of these kits HERE

but it seems to be a pain in the rear with the pogo pins and such. Is there a better kit, has anything evolved or gotten any easier with regards to dumping these drives? I am looking to purchase a kit that has the least hassle. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to remove the optical drives from a 360?

If that is what you are trying to do then I might be able to help with your question.

Guide to remove optical drive

They have a list of tools on the side of the page:

They use 5 tools to remove an optical drive, and it totals to 22.75, assuming you don't own any of those tools already.

He means to extract the key from the drive, not removing the drive from the system. Personally though i can't really say what's the best key extraction kit because this is the method I use: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=698256
Cheapest method and fairly easy to do if you're good with a soldering iron and have flux and a multimeter

I use a Xecuter CK3 & Probe II combo. Get one.
Or get a Maximus Xtractor & Vampire combo.

Thanks guys, I will take your advise. Yes, I meant extract keys. So, I take it I got a cheapo extractor? My eyes are not too good and those pogo pins cramp my hands to hold them in place.
