Best method for updating xell?

Hi all,
I'm sitting on the old version of xell and a hacked dashboard 12611. I'm looking to get HDMI support for xell, and I have a few questions.
1) Which is better, xellous or xell reloaded? My feeling is that all new homebrew is going to be using xell reloaded, am I correct?
2) Xell Reloaded appears to support HDMI, correct?
3) What would be the best procedure to update? So far I've been able to update my dash twice using easy freeboot... from what I gather if I use 5.32 to update to dashboard 13599, it will also update to xell reloaded?
I can usually research this stuff on my own but I can't seem to find a lot of information about this yet... I'm basically looking to be able to run the new N64 and PSX emulators, as well as whatever else comes out in the future.

Xell is not a dash, it's simply to get the cpu key, so why do you want it?

I know it's not a dash, but I was under the impression it was the only way to launch elf files, such as the new N64 emulator.
I've just found a tutorial that will allow me to launch xell reloaded without flashing it to the nand, so I'll give that a try and see if it works.
