So many ways to flash this and so many posts, I am looking for the best way without having to solder.

I have flashed alot of these drive honestly here is what I bought to flash
http://www.ck3.co.uk/xecuter-ck3-super-bundle-offer.html (I didnt like the idea of soldering the lt clip 1.5

this is a great NO SOLDER solution
you still have to do a have few scratches on the pcb board
and 3 small cuts this switch has a tester on it to make sure the cuts are great

its very easy to install (this is not meant for multiple uses)
