BIOS detects BenQ drive but Jungleflasher won't

I'm trying to flash my VAD6038 BenQ drive with the LT firmware but Jungleflasher won't detect it. It is being detected in my BIOS settings along with my DVD drive and SATA HD. I don't understand why this is happening.

I'm using Windows XP and my motherboard chipset is Intel Lakeport i945P. It's a stock DELL motherboard that came with my XPS 400 desktop.

EDIT:
After changing some motherboard settings it is now being detected. I keep getting this error when trying to unlock the drive:

I would suggest your buy a VIA 6421 PCI raid controller and flash with that instead, other chipsets are prone to problems like these.

Well it never did work on my computer but I used my sisters and it worked perfectly so I guess it was a problem with my mobo.
