BIOS showing TSh943 but not jungleflasher

I have been trying to see what firmware I have on my drive (I bought it off of craigslist and its modded but no clue what version and I wanted to make sure itsup to 1.6) I connected the sata cable from the computer to the drive, made sure i powered both on.. When I got to jungleflasher none of the ports were showing that the drive was connected.. However if I went into system setup and went through the drives of the sata ports, it showed the ts-h943. I tried using different sata ports (they are all on, the two harddrives are on raidon and i also tried switching the sata of the h943 to that but no luck with that either.) So any clues as to what is going on here? I have spend hours on this today trying to get it to work.. its frustrating!!

And also I have a compatible chip, the nvidia nforce 4 intel ed (c19)..

i believe there is a way to refresh the drives list in JF, you should look into that.

try powering the drive with the half tray open its always worked for me that way
