Burned games keep showing Xbox logo only

Today I want to play a backup, however it is not working. Everytime when I burn on a DL DVD with imgburn (and I even use turtorials to make the imgburn Xbox360 ready), the game does not startup, it only shows a Xbox360 logo, the game acts like a video DVD. What can I possibly do about this? I use emtect DL dvds, but this should not be a problem?

Here is what you need to
1:update the firmware on your xbox 360.
2:get better discs.
