So I've downloaded a game, rar'ed it, and got the .iso and .dvd files.
Ran the .iso through abgx with level 3 autofix etc. Everything passed (all green).
The game is (NCAA Bball 2010, i believe wave 4)
I've read that you can burn backups* on a Mac using a program called osx360. Once I've dragged the .iso file to osx360, it fails the stealth verification and then the video/pfi becomes invalid. I've tried burning anyway (2.4x, verbatim dvd+r dl) and produced a couple of coasters. I thought it was a bad .iso file, so I tried (NBA 2k10-wave 3) and again, passes everything in abgx but this time when i drag to osx360, it says 0 bytes. *sigh* didn't bother burning it.

I have ixtrm 1.61 firmware on a samsung drive (recently flashed). I've even tried the activate.iso boot disc, just in case, but that didn't seem to work either. I will try to dl some more games and see if it's just bad .iso's. Because it seems i'm following everything correctly. Someone said to ONLY use cloneCD on windows, but from reading around it seems that people have used osx360 or even isox360 and it worked. Oh and i'm on Mac OS X 10.5.8 using a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-868 burning drive.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Personally, I never had a problem buring games with iBURN but i've heard from people its quite out dated. But from my own experience ive never had a problem with it except for maybe 10 or less bad burns out of a quite large number. As far as what it asks you to patch, is beyond me but other than that its pretty good i think.

i cant remember if this is trhe same program, but i used one before that always made me patch the iso before burning. I had read before that doing this killed the stealth patch already done on it. Is this true?

i think you used iburn360 because it asks you to patch right before you burn..and i have also read that it kills the stealth but i can not confirm that. I finally had a successful burn using isox360. I have not tried XBL yet though.
