Im trying to burn games for my xbox 360. i have had it flashed and i have managed to burn 1 game so far. but when i try to burn others i just get the xbox360 logo screen and nothing happens. I am using imageburn and the good Verbatim discs im not cutting corners but this little thing is starting to bug me. Where am i going wrong??

it depends which firmware you have flashed your dvd drive with.
i would guess it is probably 1.6 or lower, as these dont recognise all waves.
if you can reflash you drvie with ixtreme lt 1.1.
this is only my best guess as your description can have a lot of reasons for it not working.

it could be anything as KG said. He is right to goto the firmware first but give us some details on what your set up it. Check the layer break too.

i never flashed the xbox i got informed that it had been done. but as it plays some copied games means that someone has tickled it somewhere.
i just took it apart to find out what drive i have and its a
Philips benq.
from what i gather i need to connect it up to another tower computer to flash it. is this still the was as i have a laptop?
my burns are perfect and eventhough i dont need to do it i still add the layerbreak everytime. its just that some wont play and sit on the xbox logo on the tv?

what i really want to no is can i do update the firmware with a usb or copy cd or does it have to be connected up to a pc?

You need to hook up your PC SATA connection to the xbox DVD drive, then use jungle flasher to rewrite the firmware.
