hey I had the same problem with the kinect sports game and it worked for me after doing this :

1. download activate.iso from here : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8PVNCCLW


2. follow the instructions on the following link , showing how you burn activate.iso with img burn : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKS1jLV6htc


3. so you first put your activate.iso into xbox tray and then after you press paly dvd you put your burnt disc with your kinect game.

it has to work! it worked for me! cheers
