can ap25 corrupt my offline console ?

i updated the dashboard to the new kinect dashboard but its from a torrent file that downloaded (maybe beta )

anyway I've played Fable 3 and COD:black ops and both of them are working just fine and installed on the hdd , because after running there iso in abg360 it never gave me a message that there is ap25

but when i used abg360 on assassins creed: brotherhood iso i got a message saying that there is ap25

i want to know if i can play AC:Brotherhood without worrying that ap25 is going to corrupt or brick my console cuz i use it offline only

check with xval to see if your secdata is clean or if A.P. 2.5 has been detected.

I had been seeing this on multiple threads here where people are being so open with this, it almost as if these forums are supporting piracy because I don't see anything being removed or edited.

JTAG's are safe from AP 2.5 as long as you install DashLaunch 2.05, you can get it HERE

Is there a tutorial to install this? I have been using xexmenu to launch my games. I am still not an expert with this JTAG stuff.

It's easy all you do is put the "installer" folder on your JTAG and run the xex inside, follow the on screen prompts and your good to go ;)
If you want to use dashlaunch to auto boot into a dash (FSD or XeXmenu) follow this tut here
