can I install an iso to configured usb memory via pc?

Ok this may seem weird so bear a little with me...
you can install any game in the xbox 360 from it's dvd to the hdd or usb drive (common knowledge I know :)
but what I want to know is : can I install the game from it's DVD disc "or it's ISO" via the pc to a usb memory "x360 configured" then plug the usb into the x360 with the game disc in the DVD drive and play? ...

this may seem odd cause you will say "why don't you install it directly from the x360 itself?!" the answer: my DVD drive of the x360 is kinda old so it won't play all the game dvd's but it can read a DVD while the game is installed on the hdd or usb...

and no ... my xbox 360 is not j-tagged

If anyone understood what I'm asking here ... help is appreciated
