Can I upgrade freeboot without opening the 360?

I have Freeboot v0.031 on a 360 I bought online. In setting everything up on it, I would like to upgrade to Freeboot v0.032, but have no idea about the NAND or the CPU key, I do know it's a falcon, that's about it. Is there any way I can upgrade the Freeboot version knowing as little about it as I do? Thanks

you might want to contact the person you got it from. If I'm not mistaken v.031 was still a dual nand version so you have a chip installed and I have not messed around with the chip yet. Maybe a member that has experience with the chip can help you. I think there is a simple app to read/write to the chip.
