So I have updated to the recent dashboard that came out, the only game I play is 9 months old and i can find it for 20$ and im probably flagged but thats beside the points, anyways i updated my xbox to the new dash and I can currently read burnt games without any issue. My issue is when i have the game running and try to connect to xbox live, it does not connect, then it essentially shuts down my internet. I loose internet access on all my computers and have to restart my modem and router. any one know this issue? if the new dash was supposed to reset my firmware, shouldnt i not be able to read discs? i talked to a buddy and he said some of the really old xboxs arent affected by this new dash, an mine was really old before i flashed it, it had the pre-nxe update on it.
