Hi all,

I currently have modded 360 with the 1.6 firmware & really want to buy the new MW2 game. I was chatting to a friend earlier & he says that even if I buy the game, it will flag my console for a ban.

Can anyone confirm this ?

If you have played back-ups at all, or have gone online, or have played back-ups online you probably already raised a flag. If you're not banned yet then you haven't raised enough flags or you've made it through the ban wave, so far. congrats. But its up to you. You might get banned the minute you start playing or not for another year. No one knows.
