Can't boot to Iprep flashdrive for Xbox Modding

I have a GA-EP43-UD3L Motherboard. I am using iprep version 11.6 to reflash my benq drive that currantly has iextreme 1.4.1.
I am tring to update to 1.6.1 My flashdrive seems to be properly formatted and I believe I have the boot order configured correctly in the Bios, but still when I try to boot to my flashdrive it skips my boot the flashdrive and boots from the hard drive (windows). Any advice would help. Thanks in advance.

it is possible your mobo does not support booting from usb, in your bios, does it specifically say USB? like what is the order?
