Okay, I thought I was smarter than this... but I'm at a loss right now...
I got a NEW xbox360 w/Kinect for christmas, and was downloading a few games. Got all the *.RAR files for a specific program, extracted them into an ISO and DVD file. I thought having the DVD file was a good sign that it was included.
I used IMGBurn and selected the .dvd file, and took about 30 minutes to burn to the DVD+R DL disk. Verified after the burn, and all seemed well.
Put it in my xbox, and the xbox went to the XBOX360 flash screen and hung up there. I rebooted, and the disc looks like it thinks it's a video or something, I select it, and it goes back to the XBOX360 screen.
Any ideas? I have a couple other .iso images that I will try and see if they work -- maybe I got a bad ISO image?
Thoughts? I read some of the postings here, about flashing, etc... Flashing the xbox? is that something that needs to be done? How do I go about doing that??? This xbox is right out of the box, is a newer unit, that was bundled together with the Kinect hardware.
that's because you need to flash the x box hard drive, and that x box hasn't been hacked yet. Also this forum does not support piracy, but only backups
you will have to wait to flash it until someone comes up with firmware for it. and piracy is not good, if you want something, support the maker so they can make more.
