yah~like the topic....will it? i ask becpz my 360 juz 3RROD'ed 2 weeks ago, around 1-2 weeks after i bought and use the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit. i planned to buy a new one, but afraid the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit might cause my new 360 to 3RROD again.oh, the error code is 0102....so any thought?

I suppose it can be somewhat related because it hangs off the USB port which may add some stress to the motherboard. The main culprit in flexing though is of course the x-clamp, so chaces are it's just a coincidence. 0102 is by far the most common RRoD I see and it has to do with a cold solder joint somewhere near the GPU/HANA chip
Actually, it could cause rrod if you plug it into the front usb ports. The wireless adapter can screw up the xbox if you plug it into the front, maybe the play and charge kit does aswell. But I doubt it does as if it did microsoft would have recalled it by now.
