A friend just called me and asked, so sorry if im a bit off with the finer details. He downloaded the game on his brothers legit elite onto his hdd with the intentions of playing the game on his modded but unbanned 360, problem is it doesnt work is there anyway he can get it too work?

DLC is locked to the xbox its has been downloaded to (via DRM), you can transfer the licence to another xbox, but that xbox has then got to connect to live.

The other alternative is the JTAG hack which allows you to play any DLC.

ok thanks for the help he says hell risk the the license transfer cos hes not been online with it since the mod so he should be fine going on once he reckons.
