I am looking for some advice.i would like to create a case mod like the one in this pic. what would be the best tool to cut this kind of shape out without leaving a rough edge on the 360 case. any help would be much appreciated thanks lads

a dremel with some small cutting bits is what i used (though nothing as intricate as that pic) it will leave rough edges but sand paper takes care of it.

looks like a Machined laser cut, it could also be a stamping tool, but it would leave rough edges.

note how the edges are rounded and not flushed.

here is what i ve done so far what do you think ?



i was thinking of spraying the case all black with a black cog centre and then put red leds behind a perspex window to give the appearance the eyes and nose and teeth are lighting up red. anyone think of a better colour ?

red sounds good
or perhaps a multicolour changing led!
most important make sure its what you like and not others
