This question may have an elementary answer. I own a newer xbox360 and I was wondering if it's possible to copy my game saves and transfer to another 360? I tried using the usb ports on the front of my system with no success. Could I use a usb to usb cable and do it that way? Thanks.

You need a transfer kit for what you're talking about.

Forget that though. Here is the easy way:

Make sure you have your hard drive plugged in, and a USB thumb drive. Then, prep the thumb drive for use as a memory card (can be done is System Settings>Memory).

Once you've done that, go to System Settings>Memory>Hard Drive>Games and move all of that data, including your gamer profile (from System Settings>Memory>Hard Drive>Gamer Profiles) to your thumb drive.

Then, repeat but in reverse order, to restore to new console, or, alternatively, simply keep all the data on the USB stick (my preferred method).
