Creating you own player in FNR4 Help!

Hey Guys,

I am really enjoying FNR4 and I think its a fantastic game.. However I am trying to create my own player (my own face upload etc..) so I take the photos (front and side of my face) with my logitech camera.. upload onto the ea site FNR4 link but I am unable to download it to my xbox 360 whilst in FNR4.. The reason for this is because I can not remember the password for my ea sports account.. I send a password reminder but I do not get an email to my hotmail account.

Am I right in thinking that the email address for the EA website account and the XBOX 360 account must be the same or can I simply creat a new EA account and upload onto the xbox 360 in the FNR4 game? If this is possible than please can someone guide me as to how to do this please.

EA revamped all that. They have a link somewhere... Google "EA WEB account Xbox360" and I'm sure you'll find it. You have to log in with a web account and link your gamertag to it. This applies only if you have an old EA account.
