No flaming please, but say i bought 2 60 mm fans mounted them together and so on, and replaced the two in the back should work in theory and be a little bit quieter? and i dont want to by whisper fans :)

Talismoon Whisper fans are about the only good replacement you are going to get with rear fans. I would honestly suggest these little things.

Might seem small, but mount ones on these things on your 360 heatsink and put another one blowing air out of the right side (If laying horizontal) and you will see a good decrease in temp. Have heard of people getting RROD, doing X-Clamp and using a couple of fans this small and have had no problems for 1 - 2 years.

the problem with the custom 60mm setup is the efficiency. talismoon whispers uses redesigned blades to get the better airflow. the stock deltas and talismoon both have 7 blades on each fan, but a change in design can make a huge difference.

going from 70mm to 60mm fans won't quiet the system; it'll make it louder.

best thing for silence is installing games to the hard drive.

you dont understand its like my fan are on 12v all the time. heatsinks are cool to the touch.

my xbox is pre gpu upgraded heatsink if i bought one and installed it would it stop jet mode lol?
